. This service isn’t available all the time so keep your eye out. All the awesomeness of the 30- 60 and 90 min spa treatment with the focus being on a deluxe steam and waterfall treatment that’s not been previously offered with any other spa treatment. This treatment has 18 amino acids added so your hair will feel next level at the end.
Cancellation Policy
Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments via the app or website up to 24hrs before appointment with no loss of deposit. Services cancelled within 24 hrs or NO SHOWS will forfeit their deposit. 2 NO SHOWS will result in client no longer being able to make a booking via the online system and will have to contact the Spa to manually book and prepay entire booking that is non refundable. Refunds need to be entered manually by our staff and will be refunded back to you in the same way you paid during business hrs.
