Service Description
Your Spa experience is customised to your needs so each session can be different and can include sauna bed, scalp, neck, shoulder, upper arm and face massage, hot stones maybe used in this part of your treatment. Oil treatment for scalp and ends of hair. Good old scrub down using BROSIG organic shampoo followed by protein infusion, Steam treatment mask with massage ๐โโ๏ธ. Facial that includes cleanser , hot stone massage, clay mask, massage, vitamin oils including A, Bโs and C , toner, brightening serum, eye cream and moisturiser. Waterfall hair treatment rinse with our favourite Brosigs conditioner will finish off your wet experience. Your technician will then towel massage your scalp, neck and shoulders while removing excess water from your hair as to apply our Split ends serum. After your Spa room experience you will make your way to the main salon and enjoy a beautiful blow dry using BROSIG styling products. Short hair clients can exchange the blow dry for a hair cut or extra spa time.
Cancellation Policy
Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments via the app or website up to 24hrs before appointment with no loss of deposit. Services cancelled within 24 hrs or NO SHOWS will forfeit their deposit. 2 NO SHOWS will result in client no longer being able to make a booking via the online system and will have to contact the Spa to manually book and prepay entire booking that is non refundable. Refunds need to be entered manually by our staff and will be refunded back to you in the same way you paid during business hrs.
